Trivia

• USA / United States is the only country listed on all 3 lists. Even better is is listed on the top of all 3 lists,  showing a total domination of this superpower nation over the other countries.
• Venezuela appears on 2 out of the 3 lists, and ironically the only list it misses is the Miss World list, a pageant where it would have come on the top if only this list is about the Winner and not about the First Runner Up.
• Another South American country, Brazil also appears on 2 out of the 3 lists, and interestingly on both lists (Miss Universe and Miss International) it places in the third place.
• United Kingdom does not appear on Miss Universe list is caused mostly due to the fact that prior to 1991, it competed as separate entities (England, Scotland, and Wales). However, if the First Runner Up placements of these entities combined together, it would have been placed joint fourth alongside Colombia with a total of 4 placements
• Colombia placements at the Miss Universe list is including a 3 consecutive years of First Runner Up finish in 1992, 1993, and 1994.
• Similarly to Colombia, United States placements at the Miss World list is including a 3 consecutive years of First Runner Up finish in 1954, 1955, and 1956.
• With American and European countries dominating the lists, India is the only Asian country while South Africa is the only African country, to appear in any of the list.
